Taking It Too Far?

I've just read in GamesMaster that Activision have announced (or at least hinted at) they are making "DJ Hero".

Is this just taking it too far? I mean, they completely destroyed the meaning of "Guitar Hero" and now this? Come on guys, pull your finger out.

i think it would be alright if they could pull it off, they'd have to do it well though. not something that looks like a fisher price dj kit!! i dont think it would be taking it to far because all we have had so far is band playing games, you think they should just stop there and not experiment with anything else??

I shouldnt complain coz the music on Guitar Hero and Rock Band are my kind of music. But would be cool to see an different Genre of music which im sure DJ hero would have. Could still do rock and metal to. I no a few heavy bands that use decks. (Slipknot, Linkin Park, Executioners.)
