Thought id start off by reccomending this site it is awesome. Has thousands of good flash games, But its main attraction is that some flash games have achivements!! ranging through 4 difficulties (easy - impossible) they should keep you going for hours 
Another key feature on kongregate is the chat bar, you can chat to people as you play.
