OK i finally managed to work this one out!

the answer is H

So heres how i worked it out, to start i was totally confused but then when radiant gave that extra clue 'rearrange them' after a bit of thinking i cracked it!
so we are given the series B C D E I K O X but we cannot rearrange the letters because that would change the series. But if you write it backwards ' X O K I E D C B ' the series hasnt changed but it is in reverse.
Then i though if you can reverse it without changing it why not flip it upside down, I found that up side down the series is EXACTLY the same which basically is the solution for the series as all of the letters are the same upside down, the only other letter in the alphabet like that is H.

Well obv its gonna help if u replace the letters lol... but its just... to much brain using... as if the xbox dont use enough of my brain :'(

Ok, riddle me this Batman.
Two boys are being paid to sow seeds into a field. Thay have been assigned to a 10-acre plot and split in half so they can work independently.

Boy1 can plow the land at the rate of 20 minutes per acre. Boy2 takes 40 minutes to plow, but sows seeds at three times the speed Boy1 does.

If sowing on a 10-acre plot pays £100, how much of the moneys goes to boy2?

You know, this reminds me of a puzzle.
